Fashion Fridays!

Ok so Fridays on my blog are now fashion Fridays. On Fashion Fridays I want to take time to talk about something I love fashion wise. Fashion is a big part of my life, I like to shop, I always love the latest trends and figuring out how to incorporate them into my small town life!
So my first Fashion Friday item is Stella & Dot. I am a huge Stella & Dot fan and own a few of their pieces. Their fall collection came out a little bit ago and I recently got my hands on one of their new catalogues and OMG, soo many nice pieces. Their items are little more pricey for fashion jewellery then usual but they are very nice, well made, and ooze fashion! They have a great selection as well, lots of big statement pieces that can take an outfit from drab to fab in seconds as well as some more delicate pieces that can really add to an already great outfit! Thankful Thursday

Soo Ive decided every Thursday I want to talk about something on my blog that I am thankful for. Now it can be anything big or small.
So this Thursday Ive decided to start off with one of the biggest things I am thankful for, my MOTHER.
My mother, Anna, is an amazing person. She is never to quick to judge, she will always listen and she puts up with alot! She has the biggest heart of anyone I know and would do anything for my sister and I! Our family, like any other family has its issues, life isnt perfect, things happen and my mother deals with all of it with style and grace. I would do anything for her and always will. She is my favourite person to play Wii Super Mario Bros with, she is pretty fun to shop with, and she will always listen to all my crazy stories. I love her very much and she is definetly the biggest thing in my life I have to be thankful for! xoxo mom!

So What Wednesday

Welcome to this Wednesday's edition of so what Wednesday!
Here is what I am saying so what to this Wednesday:

1. Days off, starting to not even care anymore. Rant Over!

2. If I own the same shirt in four colours, looks good and I love it!

3. That I still cant think of something cool to do on Tuesdays for my blog, suggestion welcome!

4. That I get the same coffee for my office people everyday and go to the same place to get the coffee and always have to ask for a drink tray. No lemme just balance these four coffees in my arms and juggle my purse, as if!

5. So what if my car is never clean cause I can remember more times that its dirty than its ever been clean.

6. That I named my coach bag spooky, its black and its fitting!

Make Up Mondays

Every Monday I am gonna talk about my fave make up product. So I am gonna start this Monday off with my all time face MAC Mineralize Skin Finish Natural! Now this baby will cover anything and everything you got going on, on your face! Comes in a great variety of colours to match your skin tone. Then even have kind of inbetween shades like for when your a little more tan in the summer, which I love love love! I use a Smashbox #19 powder brush to apply it as it does the best job in my opinon. Its super easy to blend and gives your skin an amazing finish. Available at www.maccosmetics.com I think they are around $24.00 - totally worth it!

REVAMP!

Ive decided that its time to REVAMP my blog. I wanna be a better blogger for the life of me and have decided I NEED to make it more of a priority!

New Fave Makeup Product

I recently purchased 2 of these @ shoppers drug mart and absoutely love them! Its called the Lise Watier Duo Shadow and Glitter. I love them because it comes with a creme shadow (a good one, no creasing) and a glitter you can put on top. And I know some of you are probably thinking glitter like omg Vegas glitter but its totally not like the glitter is really sublte and super nice looking. I purchased mine in the colours: Opalescent, Golden Taupe, and Smokey Silver. They are very quick, easy to use and create a great look. Id really like to get the Pink Strass but they didnt have it when I was there on Thursday!

So What Wednesday!

Here's what I am saying so what to this Wednesday!

- If the background on my Blackberry always has to match my blackberry case. Yes Im a loser and proud of it!

- Sometimes doing my make up all up is the highlight of my day!

- The bachelorette will totally consume my Monday nights and I will be planning events around watching this!

- I ONLY work out in lululemon shorts/capris/or pants not sure why but they are all I wear!

- I keep an ongoing lists of songs I want to download on my blackberry!

Here is what I am saying so what to this week!

- So what if I probably own more make up than I will ever wear in my lifetime! I needed all of it and with good reason!

- I am a constant utube make up tutorial watcher yet I dont think I do very good make up!

- That everytime I want a new cell phone I always weasle my way out of my current contract - I need the latest one!

- I moved into my new office in January and have redecorated it twice and working on the third as I type this!

- It makes me mad when I subscribe to a magazine and I always see it on newstands before I get it, grrrrrr!

- Today I could probably eat someone's head off because Im sooo grumpy!

My New Favourite Hair Product

So I was in Chatters (Cdn hair place) and randomly picked up this Cloud 9 Blow out Serum and I LOVE IT. Gives my hair tons of moisture, makes it feel super soft, and even helps out in the straightening dept (takes less time to straighten). It smells awesome too which is always a bonus. If you are looking for something to make your hair feel amazing after you blow it out, you should definetly give it a try! It was about $17.00 for the bottle and sooo worth it, probably gonna be a new staple in my hair routine!

So What Wednesday!

Welcome to this Wednesday's edition of So What Wednesday. I have a feeling today is gonna be one of "those days". So here is what I am saying so what to this Wednesday!

- So what if I am probably the whitest person in Manitoba right now, I keep say, yep will get a spray tan next week, hasn't happened yet.

- I have two giant zits on my face that I can't get rid of for the life of me!

- I love the show DC Cupcakes and am totally inspired by the girls who own the shop to own a business of my own (not cupcakes though).

- I ate a flattened granola bar that I had been carrying around in my purse for at least a week!

- I believe the expensiver the perfume the longer it will last.

So lots of my blogger friends do the so what wednesday post and Ive decided to join in. So here is what I am saying so what to this Wednesday:

- I answer 65% of my emails from the bathroom. Oprah calls it multi tasking and so do I! Hey, Im a busy girl!

- That I don't wash my everyday bras as much as I should. Hey I sit at a desk all day they aren't getting sweaty or anything!

- That I have 11 pairs of shoes in my office at work, hello sista needs options!

- I ripped my Minx nails off within 24 hours of getting them done, who was I thinking I could pull off Nails a la Lady GaGa!

- I make total and complete fun of people with Lug Bags but I sooo haul work stuff around in a black one.

Frivolous Five Fridays

So I have been totally lacking on my blogging and Ive decided I want to spice up my blog and do some regular posts that I would do every week. So thus I have come up witth Frivolous Five Fridays. How it works is every Friday Im gonna post five totally frivolous/random facts about me. Its kind of like that 25 random things you didnt know about me article in US Weekly every week. So here it goes, welcome to my first "Frivolous Five Friday" post.

1. I totally looked up how to spell Frivolous before I made this post as my sister makes huge fun of every spelling mistake I make.
2. Lululemon is my form of crack.
3. I really don't like alcohol that much, I drink it but I don't really enjoy it.
4. I've made at least 5 mental notes to start tanning yet Im the whitest person ever right now.
5. I secretly sooooo wanna be a Real Housewive of ____________ (whatever one I could get on), I totally talk in my car like they do describing my day or whoever Im mad at. Geek I know!

Jewelry Organization

I was in HUGE need of a jewelry overhaul. So I went out and purchased some jewelry organization holders and decided there was no time like the present to organize. My old jewelry holder was getting dusty, gross, everything was getting tangled, and I couldnt even see what all I had! My new system is great, everything fits well and I can lay it out and see what I have, found alot of items I had forgot about too!

Blackberry's Suck, I think Not!

So we all know it comes down to your own preferences when selecting a cell phone/smartphone. However if I have to hear one more iphone user tell me blackberry's suck, Im gonna scream. Ninety percent of the reason why I have a blackberry is business, and well over half of the world's business people use a what, thats right, blackberry! So excuse me for not wanting to put 1 millon apps on mine and play "angry birds" - Brickbreaker and bbm will be fine for me!

If your like everyone else and trying to shed some weight this year, I encourage you to log on to www.mtv.ca and watch an episode of I Used to be Fat. It's amazing to see the drastic change in people in just 3 or 4 months. I enjoy hearing their stories and struggles with their feelings.

Not gonna Lie.......

Even though I have never hae watched an episode of Glee. I always buy the Glee versions of songs on Itunes. They do a good job, maybe that's a hint I should watch an episode!

Girl Got Fangs

So The Bachelor premiered last night and oh dear is all I can say. There are definetly a few sweet, genuine, nice girls there but there is also some supper weird ones as well. The waxer who was talking about "manscaping" and by far the biggest weirdo was the girl with the fangs. There is literally no words for her. However despite my comments and thoughts I am hopelessly addicted and will most likely be watching every week. Good luck, Brad! Please pick someone this time, so girls won't have to slap you!

My new current obsession: Pretty Little Liars

So I watched all of last season awhile ago and the new season started last night. Now I am reading all the books - enter, Alanna's new obsession! The books are quite different from the show but I like both. If you haven't seen it yet you definetly should, especially if your in to Gossip Girl!

New Year, Time to Organize

Picked up this little gem at the local discount store in town. Its a great 3 drawer acrylic box. I end up taking alot of my jewelry off in my bathroom and its always all over the counter. This little 3 drawer box is perfect to stow it all away in. I love it! What are you doing to organize yourself for the new year??
